How mail-in repair works
Gloves come in from all over the country. Here’s how to get yours to Springfield and back.
1. Tell us about your glove
Fill out the repair form. Photos of the palm, back and any broken laces help Kenny give you an accurate price up front.
2. Pack it
- Use a sturdy box, not a padded envelope.
- Put a ball in the pocket to help the glove keep its shape.
- Include the printed packing slip, or a note with your name, phone, email, return address and what you want done.
- Payment: confirm how Kenny takes payment (check, card, pay after inspection)
3. Ship it to
Mitt MenderAttn: Kenny Gand
9 Acadia Ct.
Springfield, IL 62712
We recommend a tracked shipping service.
4. Repair and return
Kenny inspects every glove when it arrives and calls or emails before doing any work beyond what you asked for. Typical turnaround is confirm turnaround time. Your glove ships back for a flat $10, covered by the 1-year guarantee.
