Fill out the Start a Repair form, print the packing slip, put it in the box with your glove and mail it to Mitt Mender in Springfield, Illinois. You’ll get a confirmation when it arrives.
How much does return shipping cost?
Return shipping is a flat $10 on all repairs and new glove purchases.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
Do you repair softball gloves?
Yes. Softball gloves are relaced and repaired at the same prices as baseball gloves.
Can you work on an antique or vintage glove?
Yes. Vintage gloves are inspected first and quoted individually, because their age and condition vary so much.
Can you tell me what my glove is worth?
No. Mitt Mender does not appraise gloves.
How long does a repair take?
Typical turnaround is confirm turnaround time from the day your glove arrives.
